Let’s Think About This

I agree with you, Mr. Barkley. Those statues never did anything to stop me from living my life to the fullest. You cannot erase history and it is foolish to think you could. And why all of a sudden did everyone wake up at the same time pissed off at the statues? I don’t get it. If everyone looked at life more open, they can be teaching moments. People from the past have tried to erase the history of many cultures, and have succeeded. Don’t believe me? Ask a black person who is from America, how far back they can trace their ancestry. It stops a few generations back. Let me speak for myself, my family ancestry only goes back four generations before me, then it is all a blur. But, it is what it is. I still live and love on purpose, because that is how God made me. He made me in a way that does not dwell on things I cannot change, but to learn from them and be better than I was the day before.
